We put our experienced concierge services at your disposal to facilitate your stay and organise all the little details for you, before your arrival or during your stay. Once your booking has been confirmed, our team will contact you so that you can benefit from their extensive knowledge, recommendations and contacts with reputable suppliers.
Below are some of our most popular services. However, if you’re looking for something else, just ask us and we’ll do our best to make it happen. Each service is organised on the basis of a pre-agreed quote and availability.
Before and during your stay in Ubuntu, our team is on hand to organise the following services:
- Grocery delivery: before arrival, we’ll let you order online from the local supermarket and make sure your order is at the villa on the day of your arrival.
- Baby kit: whether it’s a high chair or a cot, we’ll clean and prepare it for you.
- Babysitting: it’s very difficult to find a nanny once you’re here, just let us know the date, number of hours, number and age of children and we’ll arrange it for you.
- Cleaning: during your holiday in Ubuntu, you will benefit from a mid-stay and departure cleaning service. Just let us know if you’d like someone to come more regularly.
- Private chef: it’s very tempting to treat yourself to your own talented home chef. All menus are created using your favourite ingredients or those sourced locally. Catering services for larger groups are also available.
- Yoga, fitness & massage: there’s nothing like a private yoga or fitness session on the villa terrace or on the grass by the pool to kick-start your day. We also work with a professional masseur for real relaxation.
Holidays are also spent outside Ubuntu, and our concierge service uses the most reputable suppliers for all activities.
- The beach and its restaurant: the estate’s private beach is 200m away, with one of the entrances running alongside the house. We recommend that you reserve a table at the restaurant.
- Bike hire: with heavy traffic during the season, (electric) bikes are the preferred means of transport in Bormes les Mimosas. Ubuntu also has a charging station for electric bikes with long extension leads. It’s best to book your bikes in advance, as demand is very high.
- Restaurant bookings: as with any renowned destination, you can expect to see the best tables booked up quickly. Let our team recommend and book the ideal restaurants for you and plan your dining experience with you.
- Transfers: there are few taxis in Bormes les Mimosas, so it’s best to arrange a transfer from Marseille airport or Hyères or Saint Raphaël train station if you don’t want to hire a car.
- Boat hire: we offer boat hire with or without a skipper, as well as smaller boats without a licence.
- Tennis courts: the courts on the estate are next to the house. Access is free by making a reservation by telephone.
